Každý zúčastněný stát je povinný při vstupu na území České republiky předložit 2x seznam zbraní s výrobními čísly a množstvím střeliva na samostatném listu. K vystavení dovozního povolení je nutno zastupitelskému úřadu České republiky nebo orgánům Policie na hraničním přechodu předložit propozice a pozvání Českého svazu biatlonu k soutěži. Dovoz zbraní a střeliva je na základě pozvání a propozic k soutěžím bezplatný.
Every state taking part in the competition is obliged while entering Czech republic to present two copies of a list of weapons with production numbers and ammount of ammunition on a separate sheet. The Czech Biathlon Union invitation to this competition to present to an Czech republic embassy or to a Police authority at the boundary crossing is necessary to obtain an import permission. The import of weapons and ammunition is in this case free of charge.
Jeder beteiligte Staat ist verpflichtet beim Eintreten der Tschechischen Republik zweimal das Verzeichnis der Waffen mit den Erzeugungsnumern und mit der Menge der Munition auf separatem Blatt vorweisen. Zur Ausstellung der Einfuhrgenehmigung ist nötig, der Vertretungsbehörde der Tschechischen Republik oder den zuständigen Polizeiorganen an der Staatsgrenze die Einladung des Tschechischen Biathlonverbands zum Wettkampf vorzulegen. Die Einfuhr der Waffen und der Munition ist in diesem Fall kostenlos.

Zajištěno je ubytování v 2 - 3 lůžkových pokojích se sprchou a plnou penzí. Cena za jednu osobu a jeden den činí 55.-DEM. Úhradu pobytových nákladů je nutno provést do 26.2.1999.
Účastníci kteří nevyužijí nabídky pořadatele na ubytování zaplatí startovné ve výši 250.- Kč (15 DEM) na jede n závod.
The accomodation for participants is reserved in 2 - 3 bed rooms with a shower and full board. It costs 55.-DEM per person a day. The stay costs remittance must be paid no later than 26.2.1999.
The participants, who will not take advantage of the a.m. offer, will pay 15.- DEM a race.
Die Unterbringung ist in 2 - 3 Bett Zimmmern mit Dusche und voller Verpflegung gesichert. Der Preis pro Persone und Tag macht 55.-DEM. Es ist nötig die Kosten bis den 26.2.1999 bezahlen.
Die Teilnehmer, die das Angebot des Veranstalters an Unterbringung nicht ausnützen, bezahlen Startgeld 15 DEM pro einen Wettkampf.

Vysílající svaz je odpovědný za pojištění svých účastníků a doprovodu. Pořadatel a organizátor nepřijímá žádnou odpovědnost za nehody a škody vzniklé v tréninkových a soutěžních dnech a to i vůči třetím osobám. Totéž platí i pro
organizace.
The nominating ski associations are responsible for insuring their participants and officials. The promoter and the organizer accept no responsibility for accidents or damages occuring during the training and competition days. This applies to third persons, too. The same is valid for the organization.
Für eine ausreichende Versicherung der Teilnehmer haftet der meldende Verband. Der Veranstalter und Durchführer übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Unfälle oder Schaden während des Trainings- und Wettkampftage, auch nicht dritten Personen gegenüber. Dasselbe gilt für die Organisationen.
